What's the difference between Site Care and Digital Care?
Site Care keeps it running — backups, patching, monitoring, monthly report. Digital Care keeps it moving — performance tuning, monthly content updates, quarterly review. The first is maintenance; the second is attention.
How does the 1-hour monthly content budget work?
Use it or lose it within the month — it doesn't bank. Examples that fit inside the hour: 4-6 content edits, a new landing page from existing assets, or a product update across 10-15 product pages. Bigger work goes via a separate quote.
What counts as "performance work"?
Lighthouse score monitoring, page weight enforcement (we hold above-the-fold under 500KB), image optimisation drift checks, and query analysis if pages slow down. Not full rebuilds — that's a project, not a retainer line item.
What's covered in the quarterly review?

Yes. Month-to-month, 30 days notice. No annual lock-in, no cancellation fees. Same anti-leverage stance as Site Care — we don't want clients staying because they're stuck.
